I ALWAYS ASSUME APPENDICITIS. But then it's inevitably gas.

Oh, something I'VE experienced recently! (Pain in that region.)

Check for appendicitis first. It's probably gas.

For guys, strike ovary and substitute an abdominal hernia. Funny thing is, it's still tangentially related.
