Hello my friends -- long time no talk to you. Unfortunately, this time I come as the bearer of bad news. My mother, Bernice, passed away on Monday, May 7. She was 86 years old

I am so very, deeply sorry for your loss. The feelings you have right now are just so huge and there really isn't anywhere to put them. I wish there was more we could do for you, to be there for you. Please know that you are very much in my thoughts right now.

And your description of the last few weeks of your mother's life were beautiful. And oddly, comforting. I am very glad that not only were you there with her in her final moments, but that she had you with her all along. You gave her such love, care, and support when she needed it so much.

Take your time in dealing with this. We love you.
