Did you take a picture of his belly? Maybe he needs to go to the vet? Also, you may want, when you're calm, to go over your Yelp review, it was a little confusing to read, probably cause you were mad when you wrote it, might want to give a little background info, stuff. Anywho, how's Shadow doing?

If you're sure that the scabs were from her, then I don't think it's too harsh - I would be pissed if I boarded my cats and they came back missing clumps of fur or something.
