"Quits" when I lived in Huntingdonshire in the 1940s, "kings" when I moved to Co Durham in 1950s. Both were said while crossing first and second fingers on each hand.

It was 'skinch' or 'skinchies' at my school. "You can't tag me, I've got skinch on" or "I've got skinchies".
For ending or calling a break in a game like sardines or hide-and-seek, it was 'olly olly olly' or 'ally-ally-in'.
