Hi my name is Carolyn I live in Morgan Arkansas I am knitting a blanket in 4 strips and it calls for the mattress stitch to sew it up I am terrified of doing this as my sewing skills leave a lot to be desired could you please tell me if you know anyone that could do this for me as the blanket is a Christmas present for my friends daughter I don't want to mess it up I would appreciate it if you could help me with this

The Yarn Dolls have a Facebook page. They meet each month at one of 3 locations, which are listed on the page. They rotate locations. Their last meeting was just August 14, 2021. They always met on Saturdays. I'm about to start joining them.
