Yeap is official now! I got this really really good new job in my home town, so now I have to move back... well that isn't the problem here... It certainly makes me a little bit sad to leave this city in which I've been living for the past 7 years, but is not that bad.

What really makes me say OH CRAP! is the fact that I absolutely don't know how

You have to tell her - you have to think about your future and where you want to be. I recently resigned from my job to go to another one which had far better pay, and it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I still did it though, because it was best for me. You HAVE to do this, for yourself hun! Especially if you haven't been paid for two months - no one ever got anywhere in life by being so nice they were taken advantage of!

Just explain your reasons, and say you really enjoyed working there but felt it was time to move on. You can always keep in touch with your boss, but you have to be a little selfish and think of yourself.
