I've just been to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (which I didn't think could possibly live up to the visuals I'd seen) and it was fantastic. The colours are all muted and it's quite comic-bookish in terms of plot and dialogue (that's not a bad thing). I think the critics who have complained about the acting are kinda missing the point
