From zigsternenstaub...

I got P! Heeeeeeeeeeeee!

Memememememe! This is a twist on the Letter Meme. Instead of coming up with ten items for a certain letter, you come up with five song titles for a certain letter and explain why you picked them. If interested then leave a comment. I’ll give you a letter. You post this blurb in your journal along with your list. ( Read more... )

These are great songs! I love lyrics. *sigh of joy* This also makes me wonder whatever happened to my Adam and the Ant albums!!! One day about four years ago they vanished into the great blue yonder, and have no been heard from since...

Thanks! I thought it was going to be a pretty tough challenge trying to sort through song titles in my head until I thought of arranging my mp3s in order of song title. Muahahahahaha! Go team cheat!

Losing Adam and the Ant albums is not good. I'm pretty sure I only have Kings of the Wild Frontier and the Stand and Deliver 12" single. I'd have to double check to be sure and my records are currently in the stereo stand behind the guinea pig tank so meh.

I have a Best of...album, Stand and Deliver, and I'm pretty sure a third one as well. They were all in CD format, though. I call everything that I have, whether it's CD or LP, an "album" or "record." Not sure now when I started doing that, but I'm pretty sure it's a subconscious pretention based on my desire to have been born about 35 years before I actually was. In my next life I'm not missing the 70s, dammit!!!!

Well, I album would work anyway, and hey, records were just cooler. I mean, when you're a kid, those things are HUGE! It makes them seem far more important than what looks like a shiny piece of plastic. Plus when they were different colours or had a picture on, they were way cooler! Ooh, a picture disc! But CDs, they're all colourful and logo-covered. :( Dawwww.
