This is a nice corollary to the post i made a few days ago... I like it. And especially with the yoga metaphor.

Yes, I took that photo. It is a tray of cat grass/wheat grass (depending on whether you are a health freak or a cat owner) that I saw at the farmer's market last spring. I was playing with a macro lens that day. :) I've been using this photo for a while as my desktop wallpaper on my work computer, and I love it.
