Scorn you forever?? I join you in the ranks of Harry Potter readers, I have read and loved all the books and I’m not ashamed to say it! Ok, they are not the extraordinary literary feats, but everyone needs a place to dream.
Books that are reccomended by loved ones are appreciated even if they aren't that great.

Ok, so I won't feel bad anymore when people stare at me on the train, eheheh! I have a bit of an ill will regarding the author but I do find her stories very entertaining... :D This is only my second and it's so big! I love big books, they give us a chance to live with the characters longer.

I've just finished reading it myself, for the second time. I forgot the entire plot so I borrowed it from a friend. It's good post-operation reading. :)

Post-operation? Have you had one?
I thought you were studying really hard and you tell me you are reading Harry Potter? ;)
For me it's good bus/boat/train reading, but then I find myself reading it on lunch breaks and at night too...

Halfway through the book now! I'm really mad with that Umbridge character...

I was studying last week. School is on break until next week, and in the meantime I had to have my wisdom teeth out. So I look very much like a chipmunk now. It's lovely. Really.

That has got to hurt! My wisdom tooth are fine and I hope they remain that way because I would hate to take them out! Be well soon!

Hey! Does that mean they took all your wisdom along with the teeth? ;) Oh My God!

Harry Potter, gag, well honestly I read one book and it was decent but you know the woman pawned off her children on her mother for years, because she needed time to write. I just can't support that. That beastly kind of thinking won't get one red cent from me. Even if her books are good.

Well, I didn't buy it! lol I know she acted like that, she even lived in Portugal for a while during those years... And the books are not that good, not compared to Tolkien, from whom she gets lots of inspiration... I just read everything I get my hands on and this is highly entertaining!

Try Oryx and Crake.....it's kind of a fantasy, but I think you'll really like it. I'll find it and get the Authors name for you. A sorta kids book that's really good is At the Back of the North Wind. hahahahahahah Tolkien, I waited 3 years for those movies to come out. I practically died of anticipation. I just loved the books so much. I like Raul Daul much better. Check out The Twits if you ever see it. That book, I don't care what age you are will have you rolling on the floor in hysterics.

I love Harry Potter - read them all and go and see the films too - I think they're good books (though I was disappointed with the last one!)

I saw the films too and I took my sister with me, she loves him! In the bedroom we used to share at mu mother's house, we had two twin beds and she had above hers the the first Harry Potter Movie poster and I had above mine, the LOTR-Two Towers poster. HEHEEH!

We also loved the way they say Potter in the movies... So british!!! We tend to roll the "r" in Potter more, like the scottish Quidditch captain.
