The Frida Kahlo exhibition looks amazing, I would have loved to have seen it with you. I saw a collection in Madrid a few years back, even the less brutal portraits of her friends and family make me shiver when you discover the story and the often painful story behind each.
Happy anniversary to you two! Hope you celebrate without paint balling each other! ; P
"paint balling each other"? LOL That's a thought I'm sure he'd like! Have I told you he bought a special women's vest so I can go with him and don't get hurt in my sensible areas? ;) I think I prefer to get him bruised in other ways, though! But I don't mind wearing the vest... LOL
Oh, it would be great to have seen it with you! You, me and Frida Kahlo.. there's one word that comes to my mind... well make it two: GIRL POWER!!! And no, I didn't like the Spice Girls...:P
Really? I though you would like her, don't know why! She isn't on my top ten favourites also, but I like her a lot anyway.
The photos of the altar aren't from the exhibition, I looked them up on the net. I even found a funny site with tips "make your own altar de muertos"... :)
Good God, woman, where have you been? You're not allowed to leave us for so long! Only I can do that! ;) I'll check your lj now, and I hope you have a good excuse, little lady!
