Alive and Back! mostly....

First of all apologies to those on my f-list and elsewhere who haven't got answers, beta-services, promissed pictures etc. for the last weeks and couldn't reach me. I'm still trying to make sense of the huge mass and mess in my email-account so please be patient for a little while still and bear with me ( Read more... )

Well I never....

I had wondered where you'd got to, but never dreamed it would be so serious.

Such a relief to know you're still with us!

Recovering from a serious illness is not fun and games - but it can be done. Good luck with it, and get well soon.

Thanks! It's funny in a way - nothing wakes the will to fight and live and my severly underused optimism as much as such a heavy trial.
I have very good chances for a full recovery, it will simply take time but that's alright.... I'm not planning on climbing Mt. Everest just yet ^_~

So sorry to hear of your accident. Get well soon! Nice to have supportive family members :)

This isn't exactly what you asked for, but I recommend this recent post-HBP Snupin (rated R, character deaths and mention of bondage):

Look forward to seeing more of your art, but take it easy ^_^

I couldn't agree more! We have our hurts and conflicts and problems in my family but when it really counts I can count on those 3 people closest to me. I've learned lately again to be grateful for that and trust in them to help whatever happens; I think I needed to experience that and I know it's not something everyone is lucky enough to have....

Thank you very much for the rec, dear anonymous! It was a phantastic read and I wouldn't want to have missed it.

Yes; in my experience too, knowing ones family can be relied on for love and help makes life a lot nicer even during difficulties ^_^

No problem, happy to share the Snupinness! Or Snupinity. Or whatever :)

My apologies for being anonymous - only recently figured out how DeviantArt works, LiveJournal is next on my list to attempt!

I was curious, so I stopped in (and admired your Snape art). Re catching up, have you seen the various prophet newsletters? They're very nice as a quick way to see what's been posted for various pairings: snaco_prophet, snupin_prophet, and sshp_prophet. I think there are others, but those are the only ones whose names I know and that it looks as if you might be interested in.

Good tip, thanks! I have the SSHP on my f-list but didn't think to check the others (and didn't even realise a snaco-one existed!). I'll go visit them for sure ^_^
