With Sonic R the speed is a mayor Problem. It runs with a max resolution of 640 x 480 and 16 Bit colors, which is a bit low, even considering how old the game is. But the worst thing was their try to translate it into German. Not that it has countless typos, they translated most things literally, so the menus don't make sense at some points.
