That was really, REALLY well done~! I read all 5 chapters in one sitting and I LOVE how it was in Ranmao's POV and detailed this past of hers. You created very vivid images and the flashbacks and all were very smoothly done. I really loved it. <3

Ranmao's POV was a pretty specific thing, because she is awesome, and also because she and Lau are my favorites but Lau tends to steal the show and I didn't want him to do that! Thus the first person!

And I am glad that you liked the flashback structure! I actually wasn't sure how that would work out when I decided on a framing device for the story, but imo they worked pretty well, so I am glad to hear that they worked!

Absolutely fantastic. I've never read a kuro fic from Ranmao's point of view. You use amazing imagery and I loved your characterization of Lau and Ranmao. Your OC's were believable and so was China as a setting. I'm curious, do you know a lot about China?

I read all five chapters in one sitting and was tthoroughly blown away. I'm definitely adding this to my memories!

Thank you for your informative answer! I enjoyed reading it!!! China is a fascnating country, however I know little about it. You created a very enjoyable fictional China for the story! As for the accurancy, Kuro canon has cell phones and tv's in it, so I think you're all good :)

Your story for Lau and Ranmao is going to become canon in my mind. Fabulous, absolutely fabulous.

I liked Lihau, the bad-ass babe that she is :3 But all of you OC's were well thought out and not mary-sueish at all.

I do hope you write more! I'd love to read it!
