Escapade panel suggestions close today!!!

Go here to suggest panels!I have found myself really, really uninspired in the area of panels for Escapade this year, and it appears maybe many of us are feeling that way? Because there are only 34 panels on the ballot right now, people! That is not enough panels

I'm not sure I'm going and in fact probably won't (no money) but I always thought it would be fun to have a "squee" panel. I never feel like I get enough "squee" time at con's.

The panel would look something like this. A room full of people and instead of catching up on life or fandom in general you get a chance to hook up with other people that enjoy your fandom and say things like "OMG did you remember the episode where Dean's car turns into Kit from night rider" Or "the exchange between the cops on the new Hawaii 5-0 are so slashy anyone found any good fic" it would be a casual panel I just feel sometimes between all the panels that are TOPIC focused that you don't get enough of the OMG factor ~shrug~ maybe it's just me but it was always an idea I had :)

Well, in fact, I proposed just such a panel for Adam Lambert! I called it The General Adam Lambert Squee Panel. :) Who knows if anyone at Escapade gives a shit about Adam Lambert besides me and, like, 3 other people. But if they do, I want to squee with them!

I totally understand the no money factor, but it would be great to see you there if you can swing it!

You know what? Try emailing Dail at info @ escapadecon.net--she's the contact person, and I bet she'd be willing to take late suggestions since there weren't that many in total. Try it! Can't hurt!
