Update on the breakfast casserole plus I kind of kept going

So, the breakfast casserole did turn out delicious! It is about the consistency/texture of bread pudding, or maybe the texture of a sweet cereal version of a wet savory dressing/stuffing. Anyway, good! Sweet, but not too sweet, which is good since I like a little sweet early in the morning but get grossed out by over-the-top sugary stuff
