"BLUE IMPACT" started as the kick-off of EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR 2014.
Following on from the album "THE BEST/BLUE IMPACT" released on the New Year's Day, this tour lasted for 3 months in 13 cities all over Japan,
included 34 performances, and attracted 400 thousand people. This work completely records the grand LIVE!
Performances held at YOKOHAMA ARENA on 2/26(Wed.) & 2/27(Thu.) are recorded.
In this work, you will enjoy the Live which made 400 thousand people dance, and it is full of the true style of Sandaime J Soul Brothers!
The second single 【Summer】 "R.Y.U.S.E.I." of the four seasons series will be released on the same day.

Hello, everyone. This is EXILE ATSUSHI.
Thanks a lot for your enthusiastic support to
EXILE and EXILE ATSUSHI.
This time, I have an important announcement to make.
So I wrote this letter.
Hope you would take some time to read it.
This year, under the theme of EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR,
we EXILE TRIBE will present all kinds of entertainments
throughout the year.
And as you know, this year's grand tour, the Dome Tour,
EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR LIVE TOUR "TOWER OF WISH 2014",
will start from this autumn.
In fact, I've decided that I will not perform in this tour.
I feel very sad
to inform you of this news,
because you are full of expectation and always support me so warmly.
I am very sorry about it.
I hope you could understand my reason behind this,
and I will explain it in my own words.
This year, the new EXILE will be born and EXILE is about to enter chapter 4.
For EXILE, it is an important year to challenge the brand new future.
Last year is the dividing line in HIRO's life as a performer.
I did my best in the EXILE PRIDE tour.
And thanks to HIRO's efforts, the last performance was a great success.
I felt that passion was burning within HIRO and he had created his own grand stage.
Looking back on the 13 years from 2001, EXILE chapter 1, till now,
I put EXILE's music as the center of my life and participated in 12 tours as EXILE.
I have released 15 albums and 45 singles.
Many of them are written by me myself, both the tune and lyric.
Except the half year when I had to rest because of the polyp,
I devoted myself to EXILE with the rest of my time. I think I must lead EXILE.
I barely had any rest and I did try my very best.
This time, EXILE will embrace its chapter 4 and step into a new era.
To make EXILE become more splendid and attractive than before, to let EXILE TRIBE make progress as a whole,
for one time, I want to watch the performance of EXILE and EXILE TRIBE from an objective point of view.
Until now, I am the lead singer of EXILE who always stands ahead of others.
So I don't have the opportunity to see EXILE from an objective point of view.
By watching the performance from our fans' point of view, it will be different from the scene that I see on the stage.
Maybe I can find something that I have never noticed before.
Even EXILE's new potential.....
Thanks to EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR,
"the year of facing constant challenges and possibilities", I get this opportunity.
Maybe the decision seems to be capricious, but I am thinking about it seriously.
Besides, because this year is EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR 2014,
which means the tour is not a tour of EXILE but a tour of EXILE TRIBE.
That way, EXILE TRIBE juniors, who are working really hard, could have the chance to gain more experience
and make further progress.
Only if I don't appear in the tour, can they show their talents and enjoy the tour.
So I suggested that the tour this time should focus on the juniors,
and let our fans enjoy the show to the fullest.
The experience accumulated this time will be used to construct the future of EXILE and EXILE TRIBE for sure.
I think when all EXILE TRIBE members accumulate unprecedented experience and make progress together,
EXILE and EXILE TRIBE will have a bright future.
To prepare for the independent tour of EXILE in 2015,
I want to pull myself away from the tour that will cultivate the juniors,
and look at the present condition of EXILE and EXILE TRIBE calmly and objectively.
I want to know the feeling
of looking at EXILE and EXILE TRIBE objectively...
I will bring my feeling back to EXILE,
and I will come back as EXILE ATSUSHI in the best state
in the independent tour of EXILE in 2015.
Based on the consideration above, I made this decision.
Although I will not perform in EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR LIVE TOUR "TOWER OF WISH 2014",
my heart is closely connected with EXILE and EXILE TRIBE.
Maybe there will be misunderstanding and conjecture,
but I declare I will not leave EXILE.
There's no problem between EXILE and me.
I want to meet you in the independent tour of EXILE in 2015,
EXILE LIVE TOUR 2015 "AMAZING WORLD".
At that time, I will perform as the newborn EXILE,
and EXILE ATSUSHI who has made improvements.
To sum up, I just will not appear in the EXILE TRIBE tour this year.
But as for works of the newborn EXILE, TV programs, magazines, radio programs and other activities,
I will still take part as the newborn EXILE. So please don't worry.
I hope you can understand my capricious decision
and go on paying attention to me and supporting me.
I will work hard.....
to present the entertainment full of dream and love.....

I would like to take this opportunity to announce our future schedules.
On April 27, a new EXILE will be born.
In July, the single and album "AMAZING WORLD" will be released by the newborn EXILE.
And next year, with the album "AMAZING WORLD", the newborn EXILE will hold
an independent tour EXILE LIVE TOUR 2015 "AMAZING WORLD".
To let fans enjoy our Live before EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR LIVE TOUR
"TOWER OF WISH 2014", which is starting in this autumn,
EXILE TRIBE will release single and album in August and give a boost to the dome tour.
Originally, we have planned to let "TOWER OF WISH 2014" be the debut of new EXILE,
and we know that fans are waiting for it eagerly.
But here is a proposal from ATSUSHI.
Since 2001 when EXILE was founded, ATSUSHI has been pushing EXILE forward
during the 12 years as the leading vocalist.
But this time, because it is EXILE TRIBE PERFECT YEAR,
he would like the young ones to play the main roles in the EXILE TRIBE event, and he would not appear in the tour himself.
That's his proposal to let everyone enjoy the event.
One of the reasons is that he wants to look at the potentials of EXILE TRIBE with his own eyes
since those could not be fully seen from the stage.
Another reason is that he wants to see
how the vocalists TAKAHIRO, SHOKICHI and NESMITH,
Sandaime J Soul Brothers and GENERATIONS will play their own roles in their respective teams on a stage without ATSUSHI,
and what glory will they give off in Live.
As a senior, he wants to provide his real experience to them.
Originally, to EXILE, "PERFECT YEAR" means
"a year to challenge all kinds of possibilities".
Perhaps, ATSUSHI's proposal can only be tested out
in this "PERFECT YEAR".
The current moment of starting EXILE chapter 4
