A friend of mine had an awful roommate that was everything you described and more. She was a slob, loud when people slept, complained when others had people over, and had a constant string of guests, ate everyone else's food and shirked bills. Still, my friend's other roommate had history with her so she was allowed to stay. My friend, in an effort to subtley drive her out, started putting the juice from canned mushrooms (her being allergic, though not deathly, to mushrooms) into all of her shower supplies. She eventually decided that it was the water that was causing her to break out all the time and moved back to where she was originally from.

I am glad that your problem is leaving you though. Bad roommates completely mess with the sanctity of the home. A home should be an escape from the troubles.
