I've just placed an uncooked chicken, garnished with onions, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper, and tomato slices, in the oven. This is the first time since my infamous "CLT Chicken Finger Dinners" that I am incorporating the oven in my cooking. Out of fear, inexperience, and the unfounded notion that it is quicker to fry than to cook, I have avoided the oven until today.
Let's see how it turns out...
