So well written and such evocative descriptions. I really adored every line, but some of my favorites:

winter slinks out again at last, lean-flanked and unsatisfied

The sky is brilliant, and little glittering drops of snow-melt drip from the eaves. The world feels tremulous, poised.

I can just feel that moment perfectly. And I always love a little h/c. :)
