So, I've been very bad about keeping this updated.  That seems to be how all my posts start these days, so I'm going to have to keep up posting just so I have something original to do.

*hugs* I will try to remember to bring you a copy of the relaxation exercise my therapist gave me. You're meant to do it twice a day to make your body more relaxed. There's a sort of cycle between physical responses, emotions, and thoughts that perpetuates stress, and my major issues are the physical responses and the thoughts. The relaxation exercise helps with the physical stuff, and I'm using techniques from a book called The Happiness Trap to deal with the thoughts. (It's kind of an awful book in places and makes me want to throw it across the room sometimes, but the tricks it's teaching me are helping me deal with those feelings without throwing it across the room, so that's good.
