Chapter II: Would a sandwich be a sandwich without the middle part?

If you got satisfied with medium-sized cakes, most of your clothes were faded hand-me-downs, your favourite ninja turtle wasn’t Leonardo, Black Ranger was your favourite Power Ranger, and you controlled Tails when playing Sonic games in Sega, then most probably you are a middle brother just like me.

Growing up with two brothers (one older, one ( Read more... )

A congratulatory remark is in order (though not necessarily from me ._.), more so than the first post. Pilot posts are the result of much enthusiasm posting online, with said enthusiasm declining steeply thereafter. With a second post, it goes to show how serious (or mind-numbingly out of things to do) the writer is ( ... )

You sounded like a Greek teacher mumbling about lumbosacral plexus, to me that is. I hope you didn't look like a cabinet while typing that. If you asked me the derivative of what you said, I might have gotten something.

While reading your comment:
Dinj and Ardynne: *nosebleed*
Ardynne: ah, baka ibig sabihin niya worth i-congratulate parin kahit hindi siya yung nagbasa???
Dinj: *continues nosebleed*
Pat: nahuhulog nanaman kayo sa bangin ng over-analysis.
Dinj: parang mas gusto ko na ata mag-aral ng neuro

But since you started your comment with the word congratulatory (which is probably a good thing since its first three syllables sounded familiar) I guess I should end mine with a thanks.

ahm.. haha. para namang telenovela ang friendship nio. 3 different worlds. at ikaw yung rich kid. =)

like ivan, i can't relate that much to the middle child idea. dalawa lang ksi kami ng ate ko. it's a matter of being the panganay and bunso. yeah i agree, mejo mas spoiled ako. mas laging napapagalitan si ate. haha. pero our parents always remind us na equal ang pagtingin nila sa min.=)

anyway...

medyo nasad ako to the idea na you're missing out a lot on family moments. though, it's your choice naman. i just hope that you could make up for those missed moments. family, after all, matters the most.=)

Wow, iba iba ang mundo natin. Si Ivan ay only child. Parang firstborn + lastborn. Walang middle child. Ikaw naman, dalawa lang kayo. Wala parin middle child. That just goes to show that every child in this world has his/her own childhood story. I can't speak for all middle children out there since we're all unique, with different personalities, different upbringing, different experiences.

Anyway, i was moved by your last statement. I realized, you're right, I should spend quality time with my family also. We should tell (and show) all our loved ones how much we love them. While we still can...
