I have an assignment for my class due on the 21st. The assignment is an interview. On myself. I have answered a few questions that one of my classmates gave me, but I think I need some more questions. Wow, those questions make the one I was going to ask look like a pile of crap, but I'll ask it anyway, cause I'm usually curious:

How do you choose what to photograph? Do you walk into the studio (or the real world) with a plan to achieve your goal, or are you more spontaneous? For example, your photographs of modernist architecture under different lighting; do you know where you want to go and then wait for the right instant for the shot, or do you take a more free form approach, wandering about, camera in hand, waiting for that perfect shot to materialize. If the latter, what brings a suitable moment to your attention?

Okay, maybe not a pile of crap, more of a small mound.
