find some meaning less distraction such as reading the new Harry Potter book, watching the Disney princess movies as a series, surf the web for cute icons,take a million quizzes...

Find a fun hobby. You know, like making busts with Starbursts. Or trying to build a robot. Or trying to build a satellite to communicate with extra-terrestrials. You know, normal stuff.
