In their eighth year, they had their break-through. EVERYONE was taking notice of them. Sempais shook their hands in public. Juniors bowed. And their faces were everywhere. It wasn't so much the recognition alone, but the fact that they deserved this, that they had worked for this and that whatever happened they'd always know that getting to the top was their victory, not anybody else's.
