They rode the same train to go home, so after the practice they always walked to the station together. But they didn't talk like before anymore.
Their way to the station was silent, both looking down as wanted to say something. Something that they never knew what was, and never came out till that certain day.
Because of some technical failure, the trains from that region were all late that evening. To not wait on the platform just looking to the parking lot on the other side of the station, Aiba and Nino killed some time in the convenience store across the street. There they through some mangas and magazines before buy something to eat.
The two boys returned to the small station's entrance to eat their snacks. Unfortunately, as Aiba was about to bite on his meat bun he let it fall on the ground.
