Arashi spotting in Japan!! & MatsuJun’s autograph!
I was on a trip to Japan a couple of weeks ago and although I planned to visits the Johnny’s Family Club and some filming locations for my favorite dramas, I wasn’t really able to. But since they’re everywhere, I got my Arashi fix anyway! Just turn on the TV and you’ll see their CMs, go to a drugstore and their faces will be beside some products, on covers of magazines in convenience stores, basically keep your eyes peeled and you’re bound to find something!
Starting off, Matsujun’s Meiji ad spotted at the Domestic Arrivals of Haneda Airport.
There’s also a JAL ad section at the Domestic Departures that just plays the Arashi CMs.
MJ also has a lot of huge Meiji Valentine’s day ads at Shibuya station (a few girls were taking photos with it, sadly I wasn’t able to) but you can find the photos on Instagram.
VS Arashi at the 7th floor of Fuji TV in Odaiba.
Also in Odaiba, in the foodcourt of Decks, the first vendor to the right has photos of the owner with celebrities, and there’s a photo of Aiba there, but I wasn’t able to take a photo.

You’ll also see the CM playing in the little TVs in the train.
Nino’s Salonpas ad inside a drugstore.
Basically go to any drugstore and there’s a good chance you’ll see the five of them separately there. I saw Sho’s ad for Kao, Purple Ohno, and Jun and Aiba for Je’laime in the same drugstore.
And!! In Sapporo, there was this pet store called “Wan Park”(?) inside the Tanukikoji Shopping arcade. We got there when they were about to close so I went straight to play with the dogs, and as they were letting us out of the store, I suddenly noticed a wall full of framed celebrity signatures. I only took a quick glance and noticed one with what looked like a 嵐 at the bottom, so I quickly took a photo, even if I wasn’t able to understand whose it was yet because we were already made to leave.
So when we were out of the store, I suddenly realized that there were names on the frames as to whose autographs they were!! AND IT WAS MATSUJUN’s!! He was my ichiban for the longest time (but now my ichiban is Nino 😍) and I couldn’t believe it!! I went home very happy.
Well that’s it!! All photos are mine and sorry for the quality, I had to snap some of the pics really quickly and I was only using my phone. Hopefully next time I can go to the places I had planned to go to and spot more Arashi!!
