I guess I have to say that a swap to DW is probably for the best. Everyone is trying to recreate our Arashi community feels over there and this might be helpful.
I agree with the previous comments of moving everything to Dreamwidth. There are still lots of writers hanging around here, but many of us are also nervous and dread the day our journal will be removed. I think it is safer on DW and I think it is a good idea to work on establishing a new "family" or "home" overthere (: I do, however, think it is still a good idea to promote on LiveJournal, via arashirabu and then additionally on the arashi fanfic community on DW - arashics - to get everyone on board (: Perhaps still use the community here to announce the opening of the exchange, and then direct people to rules- and sign-up post on DW.
