Not that it erases Sho's fault, but she brought it over herself. Even if she wanted to break up with him, she didn't need to humiliate him by saying he was just a plaything. Who would cope fine with that? Of course it's no excuse for his acts, but she's no saint, at all.
So Kenta is Sho's son? Geez, after everything he'd been to...
I wonder how is Nino processing all this inside his head...

true true, minami is not the most perfect person. but it makes you wonder who else isn't perfect back then :3

That would be great if either of them were the father but Ohno needs to be the one raising him. He has certainly proved he is the better parent. He suffered along with his child but he made a better life for him and just when everything is working out she wants him back. She needs a kick in the butt! And here I thought Sho had made a move on one of his students or something.........but Ohnos wife!? Maybe Nino will take care of Sho.....he seems very out of it. Looking forward to the next part! : )

you know, i'll let you in on a little back story. the ohno/minami/kenta scenario was based off a true story that my professor told (with no names of course) as part of my class (that i will not tell what kind of class because it gives away BIG time what the future chapters will be like, i'll explain more later in future author notes). but yeah, it's sad that these things happen, and a lot of what you pointed out was true. the father, apparently, was from a military unit and was left to take care of this child he never met and spend so much time trying to take care of his son and finally connected, when suddenly his wife shows up to take him back. (how the heck did i get inspired to write a fic about that!?!). O_o

yes, that was the twist! sho's piano tutoring was a part-time thing, but he would never hit on younger kids or teens.
