So yesterday, Chi and I decided to bus to Little Tokyo. It actually took less time than I thought it would, only about 40 minutes for the first bus down Wilshire. We started walking towards the 2nd bus that would take us to Little Tokyo but...got lost -_

oh! oh! oh! I'm planning on going to Little Tokyo next Saturday!! :) I hope I don't get too terribly lost though, considering how I've never been in LA before. (I've always driven PAST it...)

How often do you go there? Do you recommend any good sushi places (that might have vegan options)?

i actually don't usually go that often, but for some reason i was on a streak of going XD

hmm, i haven't really gotten sushi in little tokyo!
erm, my family likes going to oomasa though :)
they have sushi there ._.'
i'm sure one can probably get at least a cucumber roll or something with other veggies maybe?

vegan options...hmm...i can't really think of anywhere in particular ._.' (almost everything japanese seems to have like...bonito in it -_-' )

actually, i'm heading up to meet my friend who graduated. he came down to visit me two weeks ago, and i figured i should go visit him too. i'm using it as an excuse to go see little tokyo and the LACMA. ;)

Don't worry about the vegan thing. I'm guessing that most sushi places have vegan options without even realizing it. It occurred to me today that zaru soba is vegan, and so is kappa maki, inari sushi, and edamame. we'll be okay. (or rather, HE'LL be okay--i'm not the vegan so i'll eat whatever i want! HA!)
