A/N: I need a new fic journal so I didn't use my old one to post this lol My old username doesn't catch how I want to write anymore. Or, something like that. /lolpersonalrantsorry
Aaaand I know I promised a sequel to my last drabble the weekend after I posted it, but it's still in the works. Oops. *bricked* The only reason I got to write this was because I was procrastinating. ._.;; Anyhow. I hope this is lighthearted enough to cheer us up. :')

Happy reading! ♥

"Shochan, Shochan. You got to help me!" Aiba whined, shaking Sho back and forth viciously in desperation for attention. Sho jerked the hands off him and dropped his pencil loud onto the desk filled with papers, piles of homework just waiting to be done.

"What is it, Aiba?" Sho replied, almost a growl, glaring daggers at the boy.

"You see, I can't understand the lessons at school." Aiba let out a soft, embarrassed laugh before continuing. "I was wondering if, well, since we're bandmates now and all--maybe you could… tutor me?"

Aiba grinned wide, unmistakably bright. No human could stand against such a pleasing smile like that. But to Sho, it was clearly the opposite. The desperation in the other boy's tone irked Sho so much. Well, pretty much everything about this guy just irked Sho. Everything from that bright, goofy smile until he quickly dispenses all his goofiness to a cool frown that makes fangirls swoon. It irritated Sho, irked him, sent him to an endless pit of jealousy. Aiba naturally had all social characteristics Sho had to work so hard for.

"I swear I'm doing my best, but I--"

"If you are doing your best, then shouldn't you be able to score well on your own?" Sho lashed out barely softer than a roar, letting out a bit more frustration than planned. Aiba looked at him dumbstruck. "Fix your own mess, Aiba. This has nothing to do with me."

Sho glared at Aiba a few more daggers, then resumed his homework. It will be a little while longer before Ohno's done with his recording and then it would be his turn to record.

"But…" Aiba started, to which Sho was surprised, thinking the boy had left already. To add to that, the annoying plea of desperation had turned into a weak whisper, which--unfortunately for Sho to notice--had an obvious amount of hurt. Clearly Aiba was shocked at how Sho reacted. It was uncalled for.

Sho glared to the opposite direction, not wanting to meet Aiba's gaze. He knew from the one word Aiba spoke that the boy was about to break into tears. "Won't paying attention to class be enough for you?"

"I can't f-follow the class well." Aiba's voice cracked midway.

Damn, he's about to cry. Sho massaged both his temples, contemplating on what to do. I have many other things to do, you know…

Once Sho finally made a decision what to do, he looked to his right. There Sho saw Aiba staring back at him, eyes watery, nose almost pink, lips pressing together to a thin line. His hands were clenched tight together on his stomach. He looked prepared for rejection.

Sho heaved a low sigh. Clearly, he had lost this battle.

"I get it, Aiba." Sho sighed once more. "I'll tutor you."

It took a moment before Aiba could respond with a loud "EH? REALLY?" Aiba's eyes turned into sparkling gems at that moment, and his mouth couldn't help but pull itself into a wide grin. He stretched his arms out and received Sho in a warm, loving hug. "Thank you so much, Shochan!"

Sho couldn't move from his position. Aiba's hug was so tight. He didn't expect the boy to feel warm against him. It was then Sho realized he hadn't really been hugged this tight before. He started to feel warmth on his cheeks.

"You know," Aiba flashed a warm smile as he let go of Sho, making Sho feel the warmth in his cheeks even more. "you really are such a nice person. You should just get rid of this kasa* image."

Sho was about to mouth a response but no voice came out. He was too shocked, too caught up with this warmth in his cheeks. What was happening to him?

"Well then, sensei, I look forward to our first tutorial session tomorrow!" Aiba then dashed out the recording studio's door. He yelled out a 'yaho~!' upon opening it, though it was sharply cut off as he accidentally hit Ninomiya. He got yelled at and hit on the head for it. Aiba didn't forget to wave goodbye to his tutor, though, before the door pulled itself to a full close.

From anger to guilt to sadness to confusion to compassion to shock then to this... whatever it is. Just how much control did Aiba Masaki have over his emotions? Sho could only wonder. He wasn't used to being affected like this, or to anyone being too familiar with him so much so as to hug him so tight, but as long as it's Aiba, perhaps it's going to be okay. As long as Aiba would be there with him in this Arashi thing, maybe things will turn out okay.

Now, to finish this homework then prepare for his first tutorial session.

*kasa - umbrella; referring to Sho's grumpy attitude in the early days, rumored to be carrying an umbrella around and poking fangirls away with it :'D;;;;

More Sakuraiba for your thoughts? :')
