Job-hunting

I am apparently entirely unable to conceal how nervous I get at job interviews.  Or in general.  I remember when I tried to donate blood a few years back I freaked the nurse out because I kept fidgeting and she thought I was going to faint.  This isn't a huge deal, but I'm considering practicing some mental controls to make me look  more relaxed.  ( Read more... )

My nervousness occurs before the interview. For some weird reason, I feel calm during the interview compared the days leading up to the interview. I think that if you worry about it more before the interview that you feel better during the interview.

If it would help you, I think the Career center does practice interviews. They might have some tips to stop fidgeting?
