I don't know why, even though I'm pissed off at Connecticut for giving me a bullshit speeding ticket...

but it makes me feel a little better to write the check in red pen and draw an angry face in the "Memo" line.

It makes me $244 poorer, but I feel just a little better. The person who cashes that check will understand my injustice.  Or laugh.

I am all done with my first semester of my grad school classes!!!!!!!

And even though my final grades have not been posted, I'm fairly confident in saying:

I now have 1/4 of a masters degree! :-)
