Happy New Year from India! Today marked the second out of a three day series holiday of Pongal. Today is Pongal (translates to "boiling" in English) of the cow (forgot the actual name) where oxes, bulls and cows are beautifully decorated. Oh and we leave to Paris on the 17, and will arrived in the US on the 18. Let's just hope we don't have another "turbulance" issue that kept pushing the plane downwards untill we almost lost control of the plane and almost went down all together! But just in time we regain control and rose up again once the turbulance slowed down. (This was the flight from Boston to Paris.) That was also the flight where the dinner made me so sick I threw up in Paris. Lol. I guess that means I visited Paris, since I left my mark there.

I hope someday they're successful in banning the caste system completely. It's useless and bound India for centuries.
