Today = girly

More Thai food!
The lemongrass soup turned out well, but I really wish I used two types of seafood - maybe prawns and scallops next time? I also wish I used two types of mushrooms - the long white ones are pretty, but the soup needs solid stuff in it. Next time albacore mushrooms, I think. And, the prawns are a touch overcooked.
