Yeah Leading Edge Rejection! I used to work there!

Wow. Talk about perseverance. I'm almost jealous of that pile.

Just got a form rejection from you (my first novel, so the above video made me feel better). I wanted to thank you for the fast response time and the personalized salutation. I know that takes time and effort on your part, and just knowing that it's a 'no' is so much nicer than the 'no response means no' policy. In fact, I spent some time yesterday reading through all your posts tagged 'query wars' and was amazed at your patience and perseverance in giving the same good query advice over and over which a percentage of the people continue to ignore. So, thanks for hanging in there. I really do appreciate your time.

Wow. Looks like I've got a ways to go yet on my rejection pile!

That's a good video reminder that it all comes down to perseverance and continuing to write.

I love your query war posts. For some reason, I find it informative to know what you're finding interesting at the time.

What have you been seeing a lot lately in your inbox, premise wise? A lot of vampires and werewolves still? Any interesting trends? I'm curious :)
