I'm Not Dead Yet~! (Put Away the Shot Glasses, Damnit)
Okay. So, your little lost someone-or-other has found her wayward path back home online. Sort of.
Yahoo's dead. Who didn't see that one coming? It's unfortunate, but... it was bound to happen. Now if only I could find a great place to feed my RP-starved writer's edge. Sure LJ has a buttload of communities I could dive into, but... most of them've been around long enough to get the story nice and deep, gather a huge cast of characters, and plus, I can never keep up with forum posts. Seriously. Hence why Gaia isn't the best choice, either. Yes, that's right, I caved in and joined Gaia. Sure, most of my idiot friends who used to constantly badger me to join have moved onto, *Cough*, ... WoW, but that's okay. Who needs them on there, anyway, right?! ... My name is Dilly-chan on Gaia, if anyone reads this and cares. There's a bunch of FFVII RPs on there, once of which--a guild--I've joined, but once again, it's that issue of not being able to keep up. My intentions always start out so well... 'I'll post as often as possible~!' Then my love for internet and RP goes into decline, and soon, nearly three weeks have passed and I'm ghosting it up as Tseng. Whoo. But most of you who've known me for a while already saw that coming, I'm sure...
I'm still madly in love with Angel Sanctuary. Sort of. Actually, for Easter, my mom bought me books 15, 16, and 17. I left off on 12, so I had to run out and buy 13 and 14, plus I snagged 18 over the weekend when Brandon came to visit from Illinois(hooray!). Haven't touched them, funny enough. On the same note, I bought Nana books 1, 2, and 3.
I'm in love with that manga, too; go figure. If only I could find some good Nana RP... The moment I saw him, I was all about Ren. And by the time I finished book 1, the urge to make a Ren ID was overwhelming. Too bad once again, Yahoo is DEAD. My crap-tastic ID for him is trapped_in_your_vicious_nest. Get it? Trapnest and Sid Vicious? Get it, get it, GET IT?! ... Anyway. It was the picture in the book of him leaving for Tokyo that did me in. If any of you know what I'm talking about..........
And can anyone help get my Yahoo to stop being, pardon my French, a fucker? It won't let me upload a picture onto my profile, and it's driving me INSANE. I look like more of a noob than I do ANYWAY, which is sad, for the record.

I ALSO grabbed Vampire Hunter D: Demon Deathchase. I seriously couldn't put the book down. I LOVED the movie Bloodlust, so to actually read the book it was inspired by? ... Oh, man. Heaven. Pure Heaven. I love Meier Link(or, in the case of the book, Mayerling) more than I ever thought possible. The ending, though... Not saying it was bad, but, which was sadder; the ending of the book, or the ending of the movie? Because honestly, I can't decide. I HONESTLY thought for a split second that Mayerling and Charlotte(that's right, I'm calling her Charlotte. What?! It's not like they gave her a name in the book, so for all we know, it could really have BEEN Charlotte, right?!) would get off without harm and live a happy, beautiful life together somewhere.
But no. God forbid THAT happen. And yes, it did break my heart when Charlotte(in the book, duh) reacted the way she did when he was going to finally turn her into a vampire. Oh, man. BROKEN. Shattered, completely.
So, anyone want to do a little Bloodlust/Demon Deathchase RP?! Or, better yet, cosplay. Because I still do want to cosplay Charlotte. I could just rope Brandon into cosplaying Meier/Mayerling, but... it'll be hella-'spensive, and I doubt he'd do it anytime before we're like, .. thirty. Scary as that sounds. He IS tall enough to pull it off, and so on, plus we still have a whole crapload of makeup left over from his Kisame cosplay.... But, eh. Seriously, if anyone else out there wants to cosplay Meier or ANYONE from the book or movie, by all means, let me know. We could get something started, you know? Maybe get a nice group...
Just bear in mind, I probably will make a cruddy Charlotte. I'm not pretty enough. e_e; Or skinny enough. Or anything else.
We may be heading to Otakon. Not sure what that means, if anything at all. No, this is not an invitation to do VHD cosplay AT Otakon. x_x; I don't want to be responsible for anyone passing out from heat stroke due to D's smexy leather outfit or suffocating in Meier's garb, what ever you'd describe it as(it's so cool, though! I'd love to wear elegant clothing like that to school and on a daily basis, just like frilly, cutesy dresses or elegant dresses! <3). It's just a random announcement. Due to my Prom and a bunch of other money-grabbing events, I probably won't have any special cosplays, if we DO make it to the con. I'll probably just try and get a bit more into shape to wear Doll, possibly drag Tseng back out, maybe Haku(even though I still haven't fixed it up, damnitall) since that'd be nice and cool honestly, and if I have Tsunade by then definitely take that along for the ride.
Uh, yeah. So now that I've rambled on like the bumbling idiot I am. I'll probably come back later and leave another entry, babbling on about when Brandon came to visit and the movie 300. Because those two things just... magically fit together, ne? Considering we all went to see it late last Friday night, SURE! We'll go with that. But yeah.
