Oztoberfest. Yeah. There is a little town near here (yes, even smaller than the one I'm in) called Wamego. It's a pit. I mean it. A total pit. As someone who can wing a cake at the drop of a hat -- no skill, so not bragging, just something I've always been able to do -- I have to ask what goes wrong with your cakes? Cakes to me seem so easy, like if you follow the directions they're going to come out pretty much like the recipe suggests they will. Could it be your oven runs hot or cold?

I'm writing the recipes. Resizing them in some cases. I totally appreciate your winging ability! Maybe you can turn that into a home business like JP did!

We feel the same way about the Kansas City Chiefs. At least the Chargers aren't being called the worst team in the NFL next to the Raiders. :-)
