Not open as late as you'd like, but it has character. It's a little out of the way for you as well, but sometimes you have to make sacrifices for your passion.

That place certainly looks like it's worth checking out. I like their site, too. Very snazzy. Plus, 1am on Friday and Saturday! Sweet!

Psychobabble, on Vermont, is open til 2 or so. :)

I used to go by Psychobabble late, though last I was there they were open until 12am on week nights now. They're pretty cool, but I've had some bad experiences in there late at night with some rather overtly fragrant patrons (whether homeless or crazy or both, I couldn't say but they seem to be regulars). Also pamcash once had some trouble with the owner which has left me ambivalent towards them. I hope I'm not ragging on them when they're close to your heart, though!
