[Minato just stares at the text and contemplates not replying, because he doesn't recognize the name of the broadcaster and because the rain is making him unusually restless and edgy, but after a while, the curiosity just gets to him, so he picks up the compact again. Besides, he's oddly twitchy today, so maybe this'll help.]
