I think I'm almost glad I have fewer internet friends then I can count on my fingers. Sure, lots of acquaintences, but not really anybody that's a friend. The internet really screws us all over. So much time and trouble, and what gratification do we get? Nothing. We try and we try, but everything just gets worse. We just get ourselves more

The internet ruins your ability to socialize. You can hide behind the moniter and lie to make up for your inadequacies. You don't have to read body language or over come shyness. I think it hinders your ability to deal with people in real life. Rawr.
