Woo!! I am so glad you updated! This chapter was perfect. It's great that Scotty proposed to Polina at the Holloween party because it's totally them, personality and behavior-wise. It wouldn't seem right if he proposed to her at a formal ball or under a romantic sunset. These two are wacky and new age and should get engaged in such a way too.

Oh, one thing though. I know about the 'bunny dip', but another thing you forgot and sorta glossed over is that playboy bunnies can't actually sit in their outfits. That's one thing i remember from watching "Girls Next Door" on E! network. In this chapter Polina was obviously sitting during certain scenes, and perhaps we can just pretend that bunnies can sit in their outfits. Either way, I just thought you might like to be informed. ^_^

Thank you so much for commenting! I totally agree that no matter what crazy romantic thing he planned, it would end up being at the strangest yet most perfect moment for them!

And as to the bunny costume... from what I could tell from at least one interview on youtube, it's more that they aren't allowed to sit, not that they can't. But I may well be totally wrong... but hey, it's all good!

Ah, well when you put it that way I have no idea whether it's a matter of being 'able' to sit vs. being 'allowed' to sit. I just assumed that the material the costumes were made out of was very tight and stiff, not good for sitting in.

With that in mind, it doesn't matter if you stick with realistic facts. I have no idea what the truth is. Haha. Thanks for getting back to me. Cheers!

Also, I'm glad you updated when I happened over here--I was actually about to comment and ask if you would be interested in doing a Scotty/Polina-centric RP with the OP who currently is depending on you for her sole source of the pairing in the form of this fic. :P

Eeeee! I'm bouncing like Gaila right now because you like this, and you don't think it sucks, and you liked the proposal, and the Captain America (Because... yes) and I'm just very happy and relieved that this is what you wanted.

Because trust me, you're getting a lot more of it. Currently, she's baking cookies wearing penguin slippers, and once they're done, the happy couple will be at each other's throats playing Super Smash Brothers (because all's fair in love and video games).

And... RP? I'm intrigued, but I can't make any promises yet. Details y/y?

My one beef is that I loathe Kirk/Bones, but you know what, I FORGIVE YOU BECAUSE SCOTTY/POLINA + JEDI!SPOCK + CAPTAIN AMERICA!KIRK. <3

I am eager for this. It sounds absolutely EPIC.

Details to be determined, and are modifiable based on the preferences and comfort zones of the player. I am happy to do almost any format, the only exception being that I currently have no chat client (except for gmail and dA). How would you go about it?

You really hate Kirk/Bones? If I had OTPs, they would be mine in this fandom (but I don't because seriously that is so limiting!). They're going to be background pairings in this, so it's all good.

And I RP pretty much exclusively on AIM or e-mail, so probably e-mail. Because gmail's chat client is rather frustrating to use for anything more than quick communication. Content-wise... as far as I'm concerned, anything goes. I'm on the kink meme, I figure I'm going to hell anyway. I think my e-mail is in my profile, just get in touch and we can figure out what's going down.
