See? Alive, and writing. I've had such scary amounts of work lately I've barely been able to keep up with the Flist, but I should have a little more time now (until finals start...) Also, I obtained a dubiously legal version of Star Trek, so I'll be watching it kind of nonstop and getting inspiration for new, shorter fics to keep me writing until ( Read more... )

Okay, while I admit I do prefer the boys to be boys (although wearing women's clothing is certainly always an option, heh), I'm not opposed to genderbending, and this is so cute! I was in the mood for some Scotty/Chekov fluff and this really hit the spot. Aww, Scotty and his sammiches and video games. Hee!

I'm glad that my obsessive need to genderbend EVERYTHING in this fandom isn't totally putting you off (though I get the feeling Pegg!Scotty makes it a lot more palatable for you!).

Woo! I'm glad you're still reading this, because it's srsly so much fun for me to write... it'll just be always in the back of my mind, so I'll be in the middle of class and then need to jot down an idea for it!

Wonderful! Alas, I wish it was longer. I'd love to see more shmoopy stuff, and hell, I'd LOVE to see how they first met. I think it would be awesome for Scotty to be totally floored when a petite Russian woman with wild curly hair comes into his office and argues physics with him. Obviously, love at first sight.

Well, of course it's love at first sight for these two! I'm currently working on getting these two lovebirds married, but I might go back and do a first meeting if I feel particularly capable of the technobabble. Thanks for commenting!

Hee! Eurovision is AMAZING, and few things make me sadder than not being able to watch it as it airs in the US. Also love warm fuzzies, and where is this Project Runway reference I just... didn't know I put in there? I only watched through season 3, so that might be part of it.

And thanks for that typo... no idea how that happened!

I thought the 'skintight silver pants' line might have been a semi-obscure reference to S6, the one that just finished airing in the US. Popular opinion is that one of the contestants would have been booted much earlier without his magical silver trousers. :D
