Also, when I was in Beijing, one of my traveling companions inadvertently made Beijing tacos (Beijing duck but instead of wrapping the pancake around the food, he just pulled the edges up.)
Hey, that's just to prep the meat silly. I going to try it with some vine ripened tomatoes, I'm thinking a touch of goat cheese, and some fresh chopped cilantro on a flour tortilla. Or I'll just be lazy and top it with some raspberry chipotle salsa ^_^
