Just wanted to tag on to Yena's comment, hon...thanks for passing that link on. It's giving me food for thought in one of my verses, and definitely hitting my history kink in the guts.

It was also the highlight of my night, to squee and flail intellectually.

It's amazing that even in this information-saturated world there's still so much out there to know. It's true the more you know the more you don't know.

Yeah, it feels like there shouldn't be so much left to know, and yet we really have just started to scratch at the universe. I find that fascinating. I love that the archeologists are leaving some of the structures underground so scientists of tomorrow can unearth them and check them with their better technology. I don't know, it just feels like such good sporting :)

Mannnn!! That's so awesome! Go, early mankind, go! haha, that is so cool, those things are over 11000 years old, back to the end of the last Ice Age.

AND YOU KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT, RIGHT? :D

LOL! I mean, I figure with his memory shot he can't be expected to be super-careful not to mess with the timeline, right? I mean, he's not sure why exactly he's so different from everyone else...maybe he's just the next stage of evolution (and how does he know this theory of evolution anyway, he wonders, annoyed...)

I knew I was good for something! causing early deaths is just one of those things you can't put in your resume. It just doesn't look right no matter how much you polish it!

Also, we all know that paleolithic village is BRUCE IN THE PAST. I KNOW THIS.
