Been having a severe case of writer's block. I am enjoying comics immensely, probably more than ever before, as I had never experienced the issue-by-issue reading. It was always trades for me, or bunches of issues that my brother's had bought... so now I get to wait month by month to check out what crazy awesome thing Bruce will be doing, reading

Watching comics canon as it unfolds is such a rush! It's crazy and exciting and so much fun... Sometimes I wish SO MUCH that we'd been friends and shipping together when the news of the S/B title came out, because OMG WE WOULD HAVE DIED OF SQUEE. Yes, it's impossible because we're largely here because of the series, but I still wish it sometimes!

I'm down with the cuddle and sleep plans. I always feel the most awful lethargic letdown when classes end, it's like...post-partum depression, I guess. My reason for getting up in the morning and the thing that structures my days is gone and I feel so adrift. You'd think I'd be thrilled but I always feel so lost. *sigh* I will dedicate my life to fic and scans! :)

The waiting for a month excitement is so crazy! It's like you were saying the other day, writing stories in the span of a commercial, not even in between episodes.. but it's funnn! lol, I imagine if we had been involved in shipping and fandom during S/B, nothing we could ever write would be AS SHIPPY as Loeb's next issue! lol, it would have BLOWN OUR MINDS.

I hope the lethargy from the end of your classes passes soon! I know what you mean, though, whenever a project ends I always feel restless and... at a loss, I guess! I want to read more, 'cause I've neglected the actual-book reading this year -in exchange for tons of comic reading? lol- so.. cuddling and reading it'll be!

...say! I think.. maybe we could start planning the ferret invasion soon-ish? I know a lot of it can't be planned so far in advance, but.. I don't know, the girls wanted to go too so I feel like we all need to get it straightened out to we know what to plan for! ...we'll see, I guess!

*hugs* I'm sorry about your great uncle, Mina. It's... odd, when someone dies who is far away, because like you say, you can almost go on pretending that they're still there, you're just not... seeing or hearing anything from them

I've had an odd emotional week, but I think I'm slowly coming to terms with my great uncle's passing. Thank you for your support! since I don't see him much it's hard to thing of him as gone, but... I also know at least he's not in pain and sick anymore, so it's easier to accept?

I miss my brother! I feel weird and dumb because my oldest brother moves about 3 years ago and I don't miss him like this... of course, he worked longer hours when he lived here so I saw him less, but before he moved out I was closer to him than to my brother who married.. I guess it just.. seems weird, to be alone in the house, no.

LOL! the needles aren't so bad, honest! you can barely feel them!

I'm trying my best to participate -I went over board with the participation this last week, lol, maybe- so I don't feel so disconnected, but.. I dunno. I've moved to the constantly pissed and tired phase! not sure that's an improvement..

I haven't been buying any comics (no tengo dinero! O_O) so all I know about current canon is thanks to my flist! *squishes* And I'm so with you, I love getting comics on a monthly basis (as opposed to TBPs)! The anticipation is both awesome and frustrating! LOL!

Aw, I wanna see It's a Bird, It's a Plane! *pouts* You know that there's a Batman stage show coming soon! Hopefully! *crosses fingers* I would love to see that!!!

Thank you for the support! I am sad about my great uncle but... I'm also glad he's done being sick.

I'm broke too! haha :P but since I can't buy single issues on time either, I'm just downloading them until they get traded. Most of Morrison reads a lot smoother in trades, too, so I like having his runs traded! but the excitement of finding out new things each week is so much fun! It's an experience I never had before and that I'm really enjoying :D

Nooo, a Batman Stage Show??? how??? where?? lol, I must see it!! It's a Bird, It's a Plane was awesome! campy in a good way, very fun and cheeky and charming. I hope the revival travels around the US, you should totally take the kids to see it if you can!

I'm glad to hear you enjoy reading comics so much in these days. I was pleased hearing all the wonderful news about Bruce too. And I understand you so well. It’s amazing to feel excited about your favorite character. :)

I quite understand your need to cuddle and sleep. Just get some rest, relax, enjoy reading comics, be happy. Anyway, I hope you get over the writer’s block soon and we can look forward to a new story. I miss your wonderful writing with my favorite characters in it.

It's a Bird, It's a Plane was so much fun! I really hope it tours around so more people can see it, because it was quirky and kind of campy but tons of fun and adorable X)

Thank you for your support! loosing my uncle has been weird, but I know he's not in pain anymore, and that's all that matters.

I'm writing a bit but still not really back in the game! stupid writer's block.. but I'm catching up on reading, so that's fun :)
