New Year's Resolutionsss

So, about two weeks into December last year I started doing some shower exercise. Like, sit ups and stuff like that while I'm in the shower and right after or right before. I've been slowly adding repetitions and more exercises, hoping to fool my lazy brain into having a morning routine because I so despise having to set time aside to work out. ( Read more... )

Like, whyyyy, butt, whhyyy do you have to look all.. lumpy???

Ergh, I have the same problem. My butt is much smaller than it was before I lost some weight, but it is still all lumpy. No matter how many squats and lunges I do. I want to wear spandex at San Diego! HOW?! If you discover the secret, let me know!

Are there benefits to exercising in the shower? Like, does it help your muscles relax or something? I've never heard of it before.

I motivate myself to stretch and lift weights by doing it while watching cartoons. Batman inspires me!

Just got back from aikido. Got thrown around a lot. Going to be sore tomorrow. Blargh.

I would like to learn to knit!

I can help you with this! I can teach you the next time we see each other or you can ask me questions if you take a class.

I want to go to San Diego ComicCon this year, and I'm really hoping to make it to Japan.

Yesss...we must do these things. I am saving money!

I still have not found the secret to getting rid of cottage cheese in my butt!! D: lol, I have.. stopped doing the lounges and stuff. I did the exercise in the shower mostly because I would convince myself that I was not 'wasting time' doing exercise (I know it's not wasting time, but it feels a bit like it!) but using my time to get ready more efficiently by combining both activities! Also, a lot of the exercise was done naked, which is a)comfortable and b)good for my confidence, as sometimes all I need is to feel comfortable in my own skin ( ... )
