I kind of had a revelation a minute ago watching the music video for the Boy of Summer by the Ataris. Its funny you know? Days turn into weeks, Weeks into months, and Months into years. everyone feels the hot breath of time breathing down their necks. what matters is how you take advantage of the time you have left. will you spend it regretting the past? fearing the future? wishing for more time? or will you spend it really LIVING life, and nurturing friendships, and cherishing memories?
growing up is scary. that's a fact of life. but what's scarier is watching life pass you by while you worry.

I am almost 20 too and I know exactly how that feels like. I felt embarrassed to admit it, but it's true. I really didn't want to grow up. I didn't want to worry about "responsibility," and that could include bills and having a job and thinking about the future, and getting married, and kids, and taking care of family, etc.

I was gonna say more but it's 2:26am lol
