I absolutely loved this. I do love a good fic about Revolutionary, Terror or Napoleonic France of course but this one was especially well-written as well as chilling.

Keep up the good work!!

Well...scars typically do fade in time. I had some scars on my legs from about seven years ago that I can't find any more. So yeah...:P I do think I will add that to my headcanon, that nations only keep the scars that their people give them. And the idea that France was guillotined is chilling.

Nice fic. :>

Thank you! Yeah, scars fade, but Nations aren't human, so I figured it worked different. It's always been my headcanon that France has a scar on his neck from the guillotines, whether from it happening to himself or that it happened to enough of his people to effect him.

So yeah, this story pretty much wrote itself.

ahh~ that was lovely~ strangely enough, i didn't find it all that chilling, or disturbing, but, i did find it very... potent. especially the part with england. i love that he could get angry over what France's people did to him. very well done~

Thanks. I love FrUK because their relationship is so deep and diverse. They could be screaming at each other one moment, and yet they still honestly care, even if they're both pretty derp-y about how they show it. |D
