Sadly, between upcoming-workshop-anxiety-induced laundry and preperations and my massive shoulder pain, we won't be making it down, but i plan to continue trying to get down there to see you. we're rougly 6 hours to Taos and even though much of it typifies everything i hate about fake americanized adobed chackied shite, i do love it so.
I'm so sorry to hear that on all counts. I can relate, though. I didn't get down to Las Cruces to spend fourth of July with my family like I'd intended because one hour's worth of sitting in the car and my smushed disk was -screaming- at me. I know eventually we'll get a chance to hang out. Either you'll be down here or I'll be up there...it'll happen so we can wait until we're both not creaking around and popping Flexaril. ;0) Wouldja believe I've only been to Taos once...and only for 2 hours? I really need to get back up there. There's something kinda groovy about fake americanized adobed chakied shite.

Kidless was nice, but it was also rough because I worried that Ree would be homesick and since she was at a camp I couldn't call and check up on her or anything. Definately rougher on me than on her.
*grin* I love it that you were laughing to hard to explain....that makes me indescribably happy.
I've often wondered what it would be like to have someone follow me around and sorta tell me what they're seeing. I think it could be extremely helpful to have an outside observer...kinda like Big Brother or the Real World only without the creative editing. I would love to draw your life! Mostly because that would necessarily mean you were close at hand. :)

I love you!
Everything must be followed by exclamation points!
Still working on the Taos plan but if it happens it'll be late thursday night and leaving Sat mid-morning.

And hey, it's raining like ba-jeebus up in here, so you don't even have to endure Hell Heat if you make it down this week.

Y "Dos Maricónes"? Muerta. I was laughing too hard to explain to Chris- I finally said I just couldn't translate.
Been kidless for a week- it's nice, isn't it.
